The purpose of this article is to create a designated swimming area in the waters
of this state adjacent to Hunter's Springs Park, to erect markers as permitted by
the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Division of Law Enforcement,
Boating and Waterways Management, identifying Designated Swimming Areas, Vessel Exclusion
Zones, Manually Propelled Vessels Only Zones, and Idle Speed - No Wake Zones, and
to provide for the enforcement of violations of this article.
